Welcome! My primary research areas are corporate governance, social network, and organizational economics. My current research focuses on organizational structures and their impact on corporate behavior. Specifically, I am investigating the effects of the power structure and factional groups on corporate governance through the lens of network analysis.
I constructed two unique longitudinal network databases. The first is the membership network data for all the directors, supervisors, and managers in the corporate group corresponding to each listed firm in China from 2004 through 2022. The second is the ultimate controlling shareholders’ ownership network for each listed firm in China from 2004 through 2022.
I earned BEcon from the University of International Business and Economics in July 2018 and earned PhD in Economics from Peking University in July 2023.
